Hi there, I'm new!

I've been finding tons of great info here!

I'm 36, been working out for a few years, but only seriously got in to weights this year. I've been getting some good results, but still having trouble with my weight.

I started at around 210, dropped to 160 through diet and exercise, and since I started with the weights I've gone to 170. I have about 20lbs or so I'd like to drop.

I've been doing a lot of reading about Anavar, and it looks like it may help me, but it's a little confusing. I don't want to try it until I've read everything I can. reading the personal stories here really helps!

I go to Tijuana often, so I thought I'd look there, I worry about buying online.

Oh, and since I know it's going to be asked, my diet is very healthy. Vegetarian (yes, I know it's harder) and organic. No caffeine, HFCS, fast food, and minimal processed foods of any kind.

Not taking any supplements of any kind right now. I was using No Explode for a while, but stopped when I decided to quit caffeine.

I go to the gym for about 2 hours a day, 4 or 5 days a week. 30min of that is dedicated to cardio, the rest weights, mostly free, but some machines still.

I'm still about 20lbs overweight, but I'm also a naturally big girl. I'm about 5'7, 170lbs.

I'm not looking to get huge, just get rid of the extra fat in my belly and thighs, and get a nice toned look over all.

if you want to lose fat focus your diet and training on fat loss and look to use a fat loss aid like an eca stack or clenbuterol instead

Fat loss is really secondary. I don't have far to go there. But I do want to build strength and muscle.

I assume if I just keep up my current level of activity and diet, the fat will go away on it's own.
