My latest bloodtest results:

Total Testosterone 686 ng/dl (250-836)
Free Testosterone 12.8 pg/ml (8.80-27)
% Free Testosterone 1.9% (2.0%-4.8%
Sex Binding Globulin 28.5 nmol/l (10-57)
Estradiol, Serum: 35 pg/ml
Cortisol: 7.8 mcg/dl taken in AM (5-25)
T4: 6.3 mcg/dl (4.5-11.7)
TSH, Ultrasensitive 1.060 uIU/ml (0.270-4.20)

I am taking clomid at 25mg/day

It looks to me everything is in range except for the low free testosterone. Are there any other items I should test for? What can I do to bring up free testosterone percentage? :dance2:

Not good, i have all the symptoms of low test. The lack of libido and lethargy seem to be getting worse. For references I am in my mid 20s

It is reported often, in men who are using clomid therapy for hypogonadism, that there libido never returned even though there T levels went up. I think this is due to the lack of estrogenic activity at the E receptors, buts its never actually been 100% proven that estrogen plays a role in libido.

Doc put me on clomid for a while, I tried it for a few weeks but I felt like it was doing more harm than good so I had to quit taking it. I was feeling bad, mood swings, night sweats, no libido etc. When I quit the clomid and restarted my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) I felt great. I will never take clomid again....

Clomid side effects are getting worse for me, thinking of switching to toremifene which never gave me problems.

I've only been on clomid for 2 weeks. It brought my test from 500 to 686. It brought up free test from 9.3 to 12.8. The percentage of free test from before vs after is almost identical! Even measuring free test by itself(regardless of pecentage) the values are still on the low end. The range for free test is 8.8-27, so it looks like I would still have test related problems due to low free test regardless of how much total test my body is producing. Is this correct?

I was wondering if there is another to increase free test level.
