Not A Newbie But Need To Burn The Fat

Hi everyone,

I'm not a newbie y any means but haven't posted in years, haven't pinned in years, but has gained some weight. I went from a happy 198 to a disgusting 215. I want to lose the weight and need a diet plan, a workout regime, and a over the counter supp. I tried 21 day fix and lost a ton of weight but now my body isn't reacting to either the diet or the workout. I'm very focused when it comes to losing weight and understand it's the diet, the diet, the diet.

As for the workout, last time I did 100% cardio but i was weighing 260 and got down to the 198. This time around I would like to build some muscle to go along with the fat.

I know there's no diet pill but just something additional that won't make me shake the entire day.

I know people pay for this type of direction but I was inquiring to see if anyone had something that worked for them in all 3 facets that could pass along to me.
