Not Including ester weight when deciding how many MGs of a compound to pin?

For those who use Test E... I understand that for every 100mg of Test E there is about 70-72 MG of actual test.

Let's say I want to have a Test E cycle of 1000mg a week... But I want that to be actual test, I'd have to pin about 1500mg of test E... In 250mg there's about 175mg of test... 6x175= 1050mg (close enough)

I've always just in lnuded the whole ester AND free Test together when calculating how many MG a week to take as I guess is the usual. This time I want to give it a change. I chose test E instead of P obviously to pin less. Idc about water retention right now.

Anyone here had any experience with this? Is it better to pin by calculating actual free test as opposed to test and ester weight?
Is it that much of a big deal or difference?
 
Not worth worrying about IMO . Everything has an ester attached to slow release into the blood stream. Once your test levels are highly elevated, you can't tell if you just pinned 500mg test or just 400 mg. pick the ester that's coincides with your cycle goals. And enjoy. There are other facets to your cycle that need way more attention like your diet and training. A few mgs here and there with diff esters in aas in purely semantics. Hope that helps

I consider my diet to be pretty down packed. Having been a client of 3J for a few years and things like doing this for years and knowing what my body reacts to/ tolerate/not tolerate and discipline has me sure about dieting. I've learned a few things. Training also I can say the same. I'd say my confidence level on diet is about a 9 and my training a 8.

But it's just the damn Test values in these MGs and their esters is Ticking me off lol. I've done Test E at 750mg total value (ester counted) and it went great. But that was my first cycle. I've done harder and now want something simple again like test. Using other compounds like Tren and esters like Prop made me nitpicky on these things. There is SURELY a huge difference between 525mg Free test (750mg with ester) and 1050 free test (1500mg with ester). With the right diet and training I'm SURE even the slightest consideration to having the right extra Amish t of test.

Maybe I'm just overthinking. I'm too excited for this cycle obviously.

Don't over think just experiment with different doses till u find what ur sweet spot is I can do 750 a week or 1850 a week depending on goals diet and gym decide te end result my freind
 
Don't rely on the juice to do more than it can. My heart got enlarged on a shitload of test
 
Your nitpicking ester weight. Do you know for sure if your drawing the exact amount into the syringe or are you weighing it? You are really overthinking something that is overlooked for good reason...
 
Decided to not make it such a huge deal, going with 1000mg test E. 250mg Kalpa Pharm, 2ML Wednesday and 2 on Saturday. Anadrol 75mg for 4-5 weeks. .5 Adex E2D (Tue-Thur-Sat)
Starting at 240lbs 14% BF (could be lower I'm just guessing I can see my top 4 abs). Calories at 4500 a day.
 
Btw.... My goal is 250lbs.... But seeing that I'm starting at 240 and have 11 weeks left.... I think I may just end up 255-260 depending on my calories and how they are adjusted as I go. I hit around 4000 calories at 235 and wasn't gaining as fast... Scale would go up about .3-.5 lbs a week. Which is why I am starting at 4500 calories at 240 lbs. I'm guessing for me to hit 260 I'd have to ramp up my calories another 1000 as I move up (obviously not right away) so that will be my biggest challenge. Anyone here intakes like 6000 cals CLEAN without puking? Lol

So a week before the post I started at 240... That's when I started my Anadrol 75mg a day and my 1G Test a week...The week after I made a 1.3 pound increase which was great. That means diet is pretty spot on to how I want it to be. That same week (a week after my first Anadrol dose) now it feels like I got hit with a ton of bricks on that Monday when I woke up (Monday of last week). Anadrol headache I believe... Very tired. But STILL consistent at the gym and noticed better pumps. Strength is still great, was able to do 2 more reps than last week on sets so I'm guessing I'm getting a slight strength increase. Along with all of that though now I'm sweating like a pig at the gym... More than before. I suspect Anadrol is killing my appetite. It's actually really bad. No hunger, just moody and more tired: BUT I am looking much fuller and vascular. Btw, I was cruising on 250 Test E before this cycle so Test was already saturated in my system which is why I suspect I got much fuller looking and Vascular in 2 weeks with Anadrol.
Also, it doesn't help that I work the busiest times at my job and vey long hours. I always get my meals in though, but this Anadrol killing my appetite is getting worse. I still down my 9oz chicken with 1.5 cups rice, 1 banana and 1 avocado... But I feel so sick after it sometimes it makes me want to puke, so as an alternative I am doing this:

12 ounce egg whites- 50g Protein
1 cup oats- 56g Carbs
1 banana- 20-30g carbs
32g P.B- 17g fats
1/2 cup Blueberries- 10g carbs

Mix these up and I drink it within minutes to make up for food that I don't have time to eat.

Now here's the thing, I'm basically in taking the same calories I always did maybe a little more. Last week I even had 2 cheat meals on leg day and chest day. Had a burger with fries... Ate a little extra... And I wake up today expecting to be at LEAST 242 (aiming for one pound a week) but I was actually DOWN to 240. Water intake has been the same. Calories were even a little extra. Training has changed in intensity, I am going harder now. But I look much better in the mirror. Regardless, I expected to be 242 or even more with the help of water retention from Anadrol and Test... Looks like I have to up my calories!
 
You're burning more cals if you upped your intensity

Woke up feeling good today. Fell asleep at a proper time because I got home early from work... Like 2 AM, woke up at 9:30. I think I'm feeling tired because I usually fall asleep at 5AM and wake up at 10AM usually... With no time to nap because I have to head to work after the gym. Also started taking my Anadrol With food instead of first thing in the morning and now no headaches.
 
Still waiting for the infamous Anadrol weight gain. I'm at 243.3z strength is up, hunger is now steady and looking better. But where is the 15lbs I would have gained in about 3 weeks? Eating 5200 calories a day, 1 gallon of water, 5g vitamin C a day and Adex also. Anyone?
Pretty sure my Anadrol is not bunk... It's Kalpa pharma and never had issues nor problems with them. They usually overdose or get it right on.

I never made it past 3 weeks with drol before I was so sick I had to stop. In retrospect, cutting the dose in half of more would have helped.

The first week I was superman.
