Hi guys, I'm checking back after a six (6) month lay off. This also includes a total layoff from the gym.
Being that I'm 63 years old it has taken it's toll on me physically and also my attitude in my life.
I'm glad to be back on here for a start and this forum is a help for me to stay in touch with the bodybuilding world. I need to get back in the gym ASAP but since I was basically bed ridden for 5 months I will have to begin extremely slow and ease back into this.
For those of you that haven't been in this world for long, I will suggest always get into this slow and easy so you will not sustain injury or be so sore that you initial workouts keep you from coming back to the gym to continue as you have laid out your scheduled plan. I have found that consistency is the key to reaching my goals.
Again it's good to be back here and restarting my training
