I have a contest in 3 weeks, i am really lean but have a tiny bit of fat around my lower abdominals. So latly i have been only eating 100 grams of starch with veggies a day. I am losing weight but i think it's coming off to fast. Everyday i am either the same weight or 1 pound less. I started my diet at 215, now i am 185. My strength is still up, mainly because of the tren and Winstrol (winny). Am i losing muscle if my strength is the same? Just curious. this is my first show so thats why i have so many questions. This is all new to me. Should i be worried? I don't want to lose much more, especially if its muscle. thanx
