Not sure if switching to Nebido is a good idea

After months and months of struggle and battles I realized I cant get any endo in this place to prescribe me a decent Test En protocol.
Everyone is stuck up on this 250mg/3 weeks, no matter how low your test gets or how shit you feel. I tried EVERY doctor in my region, nothing to do.
I tried to do everything on my own but it cant really be done without private blood tests.
The only option seems to be Nebido, suggested by my current endo.
He says 1 inj every 3 months but Ive seen some of you guys taking it every 4 or 5 weeks, oh yeah and I will have to pay for it, cant get it for free like I do with Test.
Any help appreciated, Im losing hope

I was moved from a shitty 250mg over 3 weeks Sustanon protocol to Nebido nearly 2 years ago...

Haven't looked back since brother.

Speak to some of the US vets on here who are in the know, they are highly jealous of the fact that we can get the Undecanoate ester given to us on the NHS (well in the UK anyway) and only have to pin every few weeks...

Trust me, it's the future of TRT - you just don't realize it yet, because it goes against the grain of everything you've ever read.

They'll start you on 1000mg/4ml injection - leave it for 6 weeks, and then return for a further 1000mg/4ml booster injection to get your T levels within range...

Then after a series of blood draws and re-tests, your doc will work out an injection frequency that keeps you in range... they'll start off at 12 weeks, but depending on your body and its tolerance of Test, this could be reduced....

I have an injection once a month (1000mg/4ml) which sits me happily in the upper part of the range... I choose to split this and take 500mg/2ml every fortnight (self-injects) - top this off with 5mg Cialis daily and a self-prescribed HCG protocol - and I have zero issues whatsoever.

I won't lie, the transition was tough, but you gotta dig deep and see the sun through the clouds...

I love Nebido, I wouldn't take any other form of TRT treatment now if it was offered!

Hello Bigben, thanks for the answer.
If I get on Nebido I hope my doctor will be fine giving me more frequent injections if I need to, I really hate these up and downs Ive been all my life on that shit 250mg/3w..
The bad thing about Nebido is that I will have to pay for it, they wont give it for free like they do with Testoviron (what Im using), but yeah, whatever, healt is priceless!
Do you need any Ai tho? And why the Cialis?
Also I never tried the Hcg

I have been on Nebido for 6-7months! First off I was quite happy, but along the road alot of different symptoms started to appear. The biggest problem with Nebido is the HIGH - LOW levels, and eventually Estrogene controle.

I started with EW6 - EW5 - EW4 and then went to 50% EW2.. Goal was to normalize the up and down period, but then the injections started to gather up as the ester is quite slow. 3weeks after a injection of 50% = 333g testosterone my testoserone level was 8-30 ( 42) WELL Above normal range.. Believe that is about 1800TT
Speaking about free t, it is running around double the amount of normale! At a testosterone level of 20nmol I am even well above normal range in bioawailable t = free t....

My body simply works wonders with testosterone i guess. But I dont feel well, and my sort of wellbeing is off... I believe it all comes down to estrogene as we have no yet adressed this! As of tomorrow i am on a new hospital, i hope they know what the fuck they are doing, because i should feel like superman on these levels... but i feel horrible! Nebido 630mg testosterone in a shot is going to MESS around with estrogene and testosterone, and will most likely feel horrible at week 6+

When my testosterone was 35nmol i believe my estrogene was 0,26 ( 0.1 - 0.17 ) so well above high aswell.
Even at 20nmol my estrogene is ( 0.17 HIGH )

If the doctors are not willing to cooperate with me, I will quite TRT.
If the cooperate I will go with the nebido, controle estrogene, and that should eventually fix my symptoms:
Low Libido
Bloating
BAD erection quality
fatigue of some sort
bad feeling of wellness.

Thats exactly my biggest fear, that they wont be able to handle my situation and just leave me at 1 injecion every 3 months protocol, no matter what the levels and how I will feel.
If doctors will not cooperate with me I will find a way to do everything on my own, I dont really want to live a miserable life on super low test levels, Im 2 months off now and I feel like shit

Are you able to find a TRT friendly doc who is private? I'm in the UK, and had to go down this route. There are other docs operating under 'anti-ageing clinics', or 'wellness centres', who might be able to assist?

But I found that Nebido took too long to kick in (esp. when low again), elevated my E2, and too many peaks/troughs. But YMMV.

Yes I guess I did, but we decided to go back to Test En after a couple month I tried Nebido.
My levels didnt move at all and there is no point in paying 150 euros for that.
