novadex while using or just after?

I am using test250 1ml every 3 days, should I use my gaspari novadex daily while using or is it just to preveny gyno and for use when stopping a cycle?

i've been doing exactly that, but i'm only taking 1 novedex every day. don't go above this and don't forget your clomid for pct

I've been searching/reading and it looks like novedex reduces gains made from the test and should only be used if gyno probs come up?

use a real Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during your cycle like liquidex or exemestane. And save the nolva for your pct.
