Libido is good, maybe a little up from before. I guess I was hoping to see strength gains and/or muscle gains, but I have not seen this yet.
Like I said, I have put on some weight, but who is to say if that is from proper diet or the daa. I am eating 3,500 calories a day so I very much think it is the diet.
2 weeks left and I will make a final call/judgement on this stuff. Stay tuned.
