Ntbm daa---log

2 weeks in and I have made some gains in body weight, but I am not sure if it is from DAA or from proper nutrition / training. I am leaning more towards the proper nutrition and training. Strength gains are virtually the same and have not increased.
 
Libido is good, maybe a little up from before. I guess I was hoping to see strength gains and/or muscle gains, but I have not seen this yet.

Like I said, I have put on some weight, but who is to say if that is from proper diet or the daa. I am eating 3,500 calories a day so I very much think it is the diet.

2 weeks left and I will make a final call/judgement on this stuff. Stay tuned.
 
What were your goals? Were you hyper caloric? You cant build muscle with out fuel. You are the first person I have met using ANY DAA supplement to not see some gains

Agreed....I wasn't even taking it for strength gains and i still noticed it while keeping my calories the same.....def had a huge libido boost off of it as well
 
thanks for posting this thread. i have been very curious about DAA... since its natural & not liver toxic you should run it for 8-12 weeks & get blood work to see your test levels. then you'll know if it really works
