Nu-Wave Oven

I have meat delivered to the house. It is all organic and comes frozen.

I am always in a hurry and forget to take meat out to thaw.

I got a Nu-Wave oven a month or so ago and I really like it because I can cook a frozen steak, chicken breast, etc. from frozen to fully cooked in about 20 minutes.

Anyone tried one yet?

i now do the same thing with bulk meat. however i just use a standard oven and cook the meat in 20-30 min as well.
