Alright guys bare with me on this one, here is my current situation... i recently just got done fighting my second MMA fight, and i had cut down from 215 to 185, i did this in about 3 months, and of course my strength and size went with it...Now the back story, i grew up as the chubby, cute teddy bear kid, and thats whats got me a bit scared, yeah i said it, b/c i want my size and strength back, but i get worried when my weight starts getting higher than 225, so basically what im looking for is some direction into being able to put my size and strength back on, but limiting the amount of fat if any that comes with it, sorry no pics, but ill put it like this at 215, i was benching 400, and at 185, im hit or miss on 350..thanks ahead for any suggestions
 
You do realize that your 350 @ 185 is just as good as 400 @ 215----

Get 5 - 6 meals

8 - 10 oz. Lean Protein @ each meal (eat this first)
Then eat a low GI carb until your full and no more

Not hard
 
yeah i realize that my 350 @185 is the same as me doing 400@215, but i also miss the size i had a 215 b/c obviously i was bigger..but thanks for the info, my main thing with it was getting to big to fast, IE putting on fat..i flucuate my weight quite dramatically so it tends to get hard to tell where im really at..but thanks again
 
Like Dirk said, lots of lean protein and low GI carbs. You'll get back there, make sure to keep your cardio up.
 
do you want to:

1. get back up to 215 and stay lean?

or

2. stay @ 185 and get stronger?

or

3. something in between?

Do what dirk said, and get your BF checkec reguarly. that will keep you honest with any weight you do gain.
