Numbness in my right fingers??

I have been gettin numb fingers for like 4 or 5 weeks now...im thinking it might be some inflamation on my ulnar nerve...anyone ever get this from lifting...any DOCS around that could help explain this for me...its mainly my thumb, ring finger and middle finger...I dont get it...i think I could also be pinching a nerve in there somewhere with my grip..not sure...just want to see if a Doc is around and could maybe shed some light on this for me...thanks

it is ur median nerve which runs to all ur fingers except ur pinky.you need to relax on ur workouts and take some anti inflammatory like naproxen or ibuprofen and wear wrist straps

dude, ive had surgeory on both of those nerves, NOT FUN...... not much you can do to make it any better, trust me I tried a year before i had to have surgeory
