numbness/tingling in forearms?????

Doing small amount (2-3 iu's) of GH for about 5 months now and have not noticed any sides at all. Started taking low doses of anavar (20 per day) about 2 months ago and have recently noticed a strange numbness/tingling in my forearms. This is happening on my arm just below my elbow and occurs when I extend and contract my arm fully. It's a strange sensation...almost like a painless cramping and tightness in the arm.

Any ideas???? Is this definitely from gear?????

nothing unusual. I try to run 3-4 miles a few times a week and have not noticed anything out of the ordinary
