A misconception that people make is they think frozen fruits and veggies are not equal to fresh, when in fact they are full of vitamins same as fresh
 
Is Greek yogurt with fruit healthy?

The flavored greek yogurt has added extra sugar, some have upto 20g of sugar..all yogurt has natural sugar because of the lactose in the milk, but some brands of flavored greek yogurt do have more added sugar.
I eat greek yogurt plain with some granola on top.
 
One of my favorites "Dowing sports drinks during your workout"
I see many at the gym dowing up to 3 drinks at 14 spoons of sugar per 32 ounces that's just crazy.
