Does it matter which type of nuts somebody eats for fats? I like pistachios and cashews the best. But am I better off with almonds instead? Or does it really matter? I'm curious which are the healthiest. If I can get away with eating pistachios, then I will. I also will have a tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter sometimes. I like the almond butter, but not raw almonds (unless covered in chocolate
).
