OFF training days and protien

on days off from training, do you guys still drink protien shakes?

if so... when do you drink it,
and how much protein do you take? (in proportion to your on days)
 
I would think that off days would be just as important as on days due to healing. That and just being consistent.

me too, never used to though! It came to a point where my whole diet for those days just fell off like a fat bitch in bed.
shagzz I just keep everything(time wise) as close as possible
 
I havent been drinking any protien my off days, and my deit slacks a little too on those days. Must be the reason im not having the gains I want.

Ill start keeping it consistant now
 
Yeah it's better that way. Think of it like this, your off days are just as - if not more - important that your on days. These are the days you provide the required protein for mass building!

I have seen alot of people recommend to eat/drink more protein on your off days hence the body recovery is greater.
 
It would seem to just make sense to drink your shakes on off days as well.

Your diet stays the same, and I'm sure for most, at least one meal consists of a shake (w/ or w/out something else).
