Ok the last bad habit and hardest to quit is that I am a smoker. I quit all drugs, booze, bad unhealthy food, and this by far was the last part to go in my life. Well I did buy the electric cigarette. Second day without a real life cigarette! This is good, however the nicotine addiction is still here. You use a liquid nicotine to put in the filter cartridge and they have different levels of nicotine so you step down like that patch. Well this liquid is a big stimulant. My workout day was really over the top with the stuff!!! Now I am not advising anyone to get this habit but what a suprise. Holy crap. Well I am going to step down on this liquid, the goal is to totally be smoke free. I do feel better and am quitting!!!! Never expected to be strung out on the e cigarette!
