oj or oats

Whats a better carb for pwo meal natural orange juice or oatmeal?? I was told sugar in oj is not needed. What do u think????
 
I'm assuming you mean preworkout, I always get confused since some people use pwo to use pre, some use it to mean post. Anyways, I suggest oats, they're a slow releasing carb that will sustain energy throughout your workout. But try them both, see what works for you. That sugar rush might be better for you, who knows. Just be sure you're getting an equal amount of carbs from each when you're trying to compare
 
preworkout i would go w/oats. no sugar added... post id go with OJ, the faker the better as you need the simple carbs such as sugar (try to go w/ something that doesnt have high fructose corn syrup.) my fave post workout sugars are jelly beans or gummy candy along with a whey/soy protein shake
