Ok started 2nd cycle, alot different this time!!

I started the winstrol. I managed to stay off for over or about three months and feel ready again. My reasons are I hate being hot so in NJ, three months of winter to me is the best time to start. I feel very hot on these drugs.

Here is what I am doing different this time.

I am starting at a lower dose. Last time it was more more more, this time I am taking 2.5 to 3mgs a day. I have ten and I am splitting them in thirds. I want to start slow. I feel less maybe more this time.

I am only staying on 8 - 12 weeks, and with the attitude if I dont like whats going on I will stop at anytime. If things look good and I feel good I will finish. In otherwords I can bail anytime

I am doing the cardio!!! I have been hitting it for 40 minutes 4 - 5 times a week.

I am and most important eating clean plus really kinda putting myself in a bit of a calorie deficit. I know that may sound strange but I dont want to blow up.

I am taking things one day at a time

I decided not to go with the anavar reason is I had a good run and results with Winstrol (winny) and am too chicken to blow up again even though the anavar I bought was from a different lab I just cant take the chance so I chickened out.


I also started Winstrol (winny) at a lower point on the scale. Last time I had a few mistakes one was I could have been lower on the scale I feel. So hopefully this will also work in my favor.

Now I am on my fourth day, taking Winstrol (winny) and today I did not feel as good. I felt alittle dizzy and just winded. I cant explain it just felt off. It only happened when I was exercising at rest I dont feel that way so I think its my body getting used to the change in hormones. I also felt hot. However got thru a good workout and lifted heavy.

Here is my main problem, I dont want to put on alot of weight. So thats why I am planning on lifting super heavy to train my muscles for the heavier loads off the drugs and really doing a bit of a calorie deficit. Is this stupid? I am not starving just not over eating.

What do you think. And is it normal to feel alittle funny the first few days starting, especially the fourth day.

Also what exactly are you using this Winstrol (winny) for.....cutting purposes? It basically sucks the water out of you.

Considering this has only occured one time I would not fret yet. This could be due to anything....lack of sleep, lack of food, etc.

Feeling "off" is not something to be concerned about yet. I wouldn't worry now....see how you feel the next few days.

What am I doing it for?? Well you know you just made me laugh, here I spelled out my whole plans and that question the most important I did not address!! Funny, what am I using Winstrol (winny) for? Miss Muscle to be honest I dont know.I know what I am trying to do but I dont know if this was the right way to get there. I am trying to put more muscle on without getting too big. I also am trying to get stronger , my line of thinking is more strenght more load more muscle. Just to pull heavier loads and train the muscle to go up. Last cycle of Winstrol (winny), my bench with the dumbells went from before Winstrol (winny) 35 each then on Winstrol (winny) up to 45 - 50 now at a natural state I push with out any drugs 45. So this brought my strenght up 10 lbs and I never would have gotton there so fast without it. Am I thinking off????

You said sucks the water out, however I got alot of strength last time so I figure with all the strength I could pull more weight and thus build more muscle. Do you think all it does is suck water out and thats it? Maybe I should have gone with the anavar. I gave it to someone else. I mean there is more than just sucking water out right???? Its not like its just a water loss pill.

My calories are about 1300-1400 per day. Normally I would have them at around 1600- 1700.

As far as feeling off, I am not worried yet. I just felt off today. I am going to read up again on Winstrol (winny) profile and take a look. I am hoping on this cycle for more strenght to build more but not add alot of weight. I know this sounds odd.

You think anavar would have been better with my plan ? I am mad I gave it away now.

well I just read and re read what winstrol does, and too be honest I feel like a bit of an idiot. I feel that way because I am looking for the magic pill. I am looking for a quick way or quicker way I should say to get more muscle and not get too big. I love doing the work so its not like I want it and not work for it. But I want a short cut to get more strenght and build more but not add a ton of weight. I dont mind adding 5 - 10 lbs but thats it. I want to feel like an animal!!! I want to feel strong , I want to feel driven, I want it ALL!!!

I have been in a gym on and off for years and I see how far women go and to be honest its not enough for me. To me I like the muscles!! I dont want just thin and tone I want bigger, I want more but I dont want to look like a tranny. I like a body like Lisa Bickels, I like more. I want more muscle. The fat I guess I could care less because I could get it off just cut down eating and more cardio,

so after long thinking I want more muscle!!!

If you want to put on more muscle and strength you are going to have to accept the fact that you will put fat on.

1300-1400 calories...you won't see a big increase in muscle or strength.

We all want to be as lean as possible when bulking up. But realistically we won't have the tight 6 pack. I bulk on 2400 calories...I am 5'4 and approx 130-135 when I go to put on muscle.

You are still young at this whole building muscle thing. You have to find out what calorie amount you can put on muscle while staying as lean as possible. 1300-1400 calories....not a chance girl!

Winny may help you with strength but up your calories and accept the fact that you CAN and you DO look good with a bit of fat.

Unfortunately we as "bodybuilders" and fitness buffs have tricked ourselves into thinking that the only flattering bodytype is lean with muscle. It's not...Salma Hayek, Marilyn Monroe....higher bodyfat percentages but still smoking bodies. You can also have a bit of fat and be healthy. I'm not talking obese but you get the point.

You can still have a nice bikini body while bulking...it may not have as much definition as you prefer but you need to mentally tell yourself that it is still beautiful.

And in my opinion too much muscle looks crapola on a girl whether lean or not. If you put on loads of muscle, off season you look plain fat. Ms Olympia competitors....respect to all but they look good on one day as far as I'm concerned, and then look lumpy and overweight. That's why I like figure and fitness personally.

LOVE YOURSELF STEVEMORSE. As long as you are fit and healthy your body composition is nothing to worry about.
 
I'd also like to add.....when I'm feeling down about my body I tell myself only one person sees it fully naked...my boyfriend. And he loves it fat, thin, etc.

Also I'm not afraid to use padded bras and certain clothing tricks to shape my body the way I want. I'll use corsets as well. If I didn't have an ass I would use ass pads...but I do so I don't.

You want more curves naturally...don't be afraid to "costumize".

Very interesting. Ok, I will up the calories. I have no problem gaining fat, I will work my butt off after the cycle is ended. First goal right now is to put on more muscle. Just a bit more and I think I will have it. Then I will work on losing the fat after the cycle. Very interesting points.

I have a good foundation but honestly I would like a little more muscle. Just dont want the ugly horse face. I never hear Winstrol (winny) causing that only after 2 cycles . But I will look in the mirror. One thing I did notice is face got smaller. I dont want to look like tom petty!!

I will re read and take it one day at a time. For now I am staying on the cycle and eating more !!

Well let me explain I was on an 8 year non stop at it plan at the gym then I broke my back! that took me out of the game for 2 years, now back almost 1 1/2 years solid. So that was break in the gym. My back injury was major.

As far as Winstrol (winny) changing face I did not know that. I am going to watch close but I dont see that yet. I do see sometimes a smaller face but not a huge jaw or looking like a man. To be honest with you, I am not stopping this cycle until I see what I dont like. I dont mean face, I dont think that will happen off such a low dose and only 8 -12 weeks (2.5 mg a day) . However I need to see if I am going to become a bloated slob, or feel terrible. Sometimes I dont feel so great on certain things. I am taking it one day at a time.

When you say the face what do you really mean, hard features?? Explain and thanks for your input.
 
Well back to thinking and listen I really respect what both of you are saying. I do get it. I think I will have no problem gaining fat because I know it will come off after and the results after are really great if I lift my butt off super heavy on this cycle. I also have no problem eating more.

So what do you think of this, one day at a time, small dose 2.5 mg and if all well 8 - 12 weeks tops?? I guess I am looking for ok thats a good idea from you!! Some sort of approval if I accept that fact which I will eat more. I think I got this covered and its so low compared to the last cycle. Like I said before after I got off the last cycle the results were great! So I plan on basically killing myself these 8 0r 12 weeks. the only thing I plan on not doing is breaking my back again!! I have a good foundation and can handle the load this time better!! Come on give me the go ahead!!!
 
Your cycle will be okay as long as you up your calories for building.

I want to point out....the horse face may because you have taken water out of your face. However that is just a theory...it could be other reasons as well...I don't know the science behind it. Regardless just pay attention.

Also 8-12 weeks is good time for a cycle but not for a bulk. You are really not going to build up a ton of muscle after 12 weeks. I would say do your cycle but continue your bulk for a few months at least. THEN lean down and that is where you will notice the improvement.

However you can try and lean down after 12 and see how much you have built up. I personally take forever to build muscle but some can do it quickly. Lucky ducks.
 
I ran EQ for 12 weeks and put on about 7 lbs (after I lost all the water and crap) It was a nice cycle. Thats really all I have to compare winstrol to. But I build muscle quite easily naturally so that wasnt much of a stretch.
Everyone responds to thing differently. The masculine sides I was referring to are change in skin texture, enlarged jaw line and forehead. I know a few female BBers who run a lot of gear, they said their spouse or family member noticed the changes before they did. SO just becareful and stop if you see unwanted sides but, depending on how big you want to get the sides are inevitable.
 
you two are the best!!! I can sleep well tonight. Thanks again. I really mean that so much. Your advise is worth alot!! What I am going to do is take it one day at a time. This is unusual for me due to addict behavior and the more more more thinking. So its nice for a change. I asked my husband is my face changed he looked at me like a lost my mind, so clear to go! Husband is not into this at all but does not want to be with a man so he would be the first to speak up.

Thanks again and I will fill you in on things in a few or more weeks. Or if problems arise. One day at a time.

Miss Muscle you said continue after a bulk , you mean after 12 weeks (if all is cool) keep calories up and lift your ass off for a few more months correct off the drug right??
