Here's what I know, insofar as legal issues go for getting gear in the mail. Under the new laws that placed steroids into Schedule 3 restrictions, it is now a felony to posses steroids. Now receiving them in the mail is sketchy. Generally, they won't come after you if there are 50 doses or less in your package. Believe it or not, they treat 1 - 5 mg pill of winstrol the same as 1ml of winstrol at 100 mg/ml. So, 5 10ml vials is about the limit before they start to come after you. The crime increases from possession to possession with intent to distribute at 51 dosage units, and as you might expect, the penalties go way up for intent to distribute.
You should be able to use an alias, when you send your cash via western union or any other money transfer system. Don't use your credit card or a personal check.
If a package comes to your address with a a different name, you have a plausible deniability play you could make in court. I would imagine at least one juror of your peers would see the reasonable doubt.
That said, if they have it out for you, one dose, though unlikely, could trigger them to come after you. My advice is to keep your orders to 50 doses or less. You can, through manipulation of your testosterone levels, get a doc to write you a prescription for what it is that you want. If you don't know how to lower your T level you simply run a heavy cycle or two, without any Post Cycle therapy, and sometime after your cycle runs out, say 1 - 2 weeks, your t level will be in the basement. Of course the timing of when your T will be lowest depends on what you are running and especially the half-life of what you are running. Clomid, which is not a schedule 3 drug, is something that is used to raise T levels, with quite a bit of success, and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is also a non-scheduled drug, which can also trigger your nads to kick out way more T.
