on a steriod that hurts joints is it possible for only one side to hurt?

Lets say you are doing a steriod that causes joint pain. Is it possible for only two joints or even one joint on the same side to hurt like shoulder and elbow on right side or would all sides and joints hurt. Reason is friend of mines shoulder hurts (joint) but only on one side. In easier words would it be all joints hurt on a certain steriod or only one can hurt. Trying to see if its the steriods or something else.

It is very possible for only certain joints to hurt on a cycle.

Well .. of course the side which got harmed.. the joints there may have affected and thus there will be the pain remains.. But it doesn't mean to spread all over the joints in the body!!

once you stop the roid does the joint pain go away? Its due to the substance I am assuming.

It is possible the pain will go away. It may stay though, depending on how heavy you are lifting. This just depends.
