On board with 3J as well

Just got with 3J two days ago. Just like Chip, 3J has been awesome too as far as level of communication and service. He is actually designing a deit for me now that fits my lifestyle and needs which I thought was kool.
I figured I have been lucky enough to find a person like Chip and been given a second chance at life, so I might as well make the most of it and super charge my results.
Extremely exited to see my results with both of them taking care of me

Not a thread for a question or anything but just wanted to share with my friends here!!

Hell yeah - I forget to give 3J props, but he is awesome. He hooked me up with the modified carb diet for lean bulking. Fat going away and gaining muscle. Have gained a couple pounds while losing fat so that says a TON on his first try with me. Awesome.

Think I need to check with him about some real bulking options - think I'd like to gain a little faster - perhaps keep bf% where it is or go a little higher so I can get up there a bit more quickly, but that's because I told him exactly what I wanted - 3J delivered. Now I just want something different.

3J rocks - I recommend everyone give him a shout when starting on TRT. Turbo charge your recovery!

sounds, like you're gonna make an awesome transformation.

What are your goals?

I am currently at 5'11 and 166lbs. I dont have specific goals to reach at. As for looks, I am pretty happy and satisfied with the way I look now. I am not looking to be a body builder or have a specific fat or muscle content.
How I look at it is that every month I want to look at my self in the mirror and look one step better. That could be the fact that I look more lean, my shoulders look more broad or my arms look more vascular.
I do work out 5 days a week. And I work out for many reasons but my most important reason is that lifting weights and running is more of a therapeutic thing for me. It helps me keep my life balanced, stress free, and just makes me feel better that by 8am many people havent gotten out of bed yet and I have done something with my day already. Sorry didnt meant to get side tracked but Bottom line my goals are to just have a nice toned physique and be look great when ever I look at my self in the mirror

Same here. If I go a couple days w/out going to the gym, I don't feel 'right'. I use it as a time to take my mind off everything else. I have specific goals, but probably the most important aspect of exercising for me is the healthy balance it brings. The pump and workout endorphins help of course. I actually feel 'flatter' if I don't go to the gym for a couple days, which doesn't help my overall sense of well-being.

I'll tell you though, be ready for a bigger transformation than you may be hoping for (in a good way) with a Maximus protocol and 3J diet.

So, great posting, reasonable goals (getting a little better every month rather than gaining 50lbs and getting ripped in 1-month) and great outlook - that's awesome. Well-grounded, mature, but seems the t is still a little low :-)

awesome post guys...
