on-cycle diet question

Going to start my first cycle soon. Will be using test-e only. Right now i'm taking in 300-350 grams of protein a day. I plan on getting at least 400 but probably more like 450 a day while on cycle. My question is should i start eating like a horse right after my first injection or will the extra protein be wasted before the test kicks in?
 
It would never be wasted. Start taking in more food as soon as possible. It is the only way you are going to grow, with or without anabolics.

I guess wasted was be the wrong word to use. What I am asking is does it take 4 weeks or so for protein synthesis to be incresed or is it better to start the "on cycle" diet asap?
 
It sure as shit won't hinder any gains...

if you're worried about putting fat on keep doin cardio.

but an increase in only 100g's pro isnt anything crazy
 
Yup, I'd eat as much protein as possible.

Get yourself used to it 450g of protein/day is not as easy as it seems.
 
It definitely won't be easy but I'm not worried about that. I'm not running any cardio right now and i'm not worried about getting fat from the extra protein bc i'll be cutting carbs a bit. Thanks for the responses guys I'll start upping the food asap.
