I've noticed a few things that really slow down motility. Tren backs me up as well as getting dehydrated or dropping E2 too low.
If I get backed up, the farts get bad. Also found I have to avoid xylitol, it was present in my fav protein bar as well as in the raisins I was gorging on daily.
