I always eat big and train hard. I do deadlifts, squats and bench press 2 times a week (different days). I am going to do my first Cycle this summer. Test E 12 weeks and I'm debating kick starting with dbol for 4-5 weeks. I've done 3 PH before with little success. I currently train as follows:
Legs
Chest, triceps, shoulders
Back & Biceps
Rest
Legs
Chest, triceps, shoulders
Back & Biceps
Rest
Will I have to alter my routine while on cycle?
Maybe just one off day. I love to train so I would welcome that or should I stay with my current schedule?
