On day 7 of my first Helladrol cycle.

First ever PH cycle. running it for 6 weeks at 75/100/100/100/125/125. Running that along with n2guard.

I have nolva and hcgenerate for my pct. still need to pick up some DAA when it becomes time.

On my 4th day I decided to up it to 100mgs just because I didn't really feel any sides coming on. Only thing was some MINOR back pumps on the second day. other than that I've just been sooooooooooooooooo sore. more so on 3rd 4th and 5th days of the cycle. like ridiculously sore. that normal? but now I'm fine.

diet is clean. currently 5'10 at 188 pounds. bulking at 4100kcal. really wanna hit 200lbs by the end of the cycle but I'd be content with 196.
 
made some crazy strength gains today while doing chest. kind of incredible.

so far I've had no sides at all.
 
I was sore as hell as well, haven't had the strength gains really though and Im on day 21 or so. Back pumps are painful though
 
day 8 went great. did back and biceps. felt weak when i did biceps but that's probably because i went all out on back first.

definitely feel the hardness is my muscles. damn near rock solid.

no sides.
 
Day 15 workout went good. did legs today and went up 20 pounds. no new strength gains since what i saw during week 1. placebo effect maybe? anyways, entering my 3rd week now and have yet to have any side effects.
 
I'm glad to see that you bumped it up to 100mg on day 4, taking 75mg is as waste imo. I also run the cycle until im out of pills, so my cycle might be 6 weeks and 2-4 days or whatever it plays out to be. Since its your first cycle be careful with going too heavy. You can do damage to your joints and or get tears because your muscles grow faster than your tendons. Just make sure your stretching well. I'm guess your going heavy all the time, it will help prevent injury if you go light wight/ higher reps (15 range) every 1 out 3-4 workouts. I know its hard to go light when you feel like a boss in the gym but if that prevents an injury its well worth it. With a proper diet you should clear right on pass 200 for sure dude. I always shoot for atleast 5+ over the wights I want because I plan to lose a few pounds after the cycle... I'd say you can easily hit 205 if your eating your brains out..haha
 
I'm getting a little skeptical because i haven't really seen any side effects yet. no lethargy, acne, anything.

although yesterday i did get some killer back pumps. but it may just be because i super setter squats with stiff leg deadlifts.

strength has gone up each week. and my recovery is ridiculously fast. i get told left and right at work that i look bigger.

appearance wise it's not what i want yet, but I'm not expecting very much. I'm crazy strong right now though.

started at 185 and I'm at 193 at the moment.

Real gains didnt start for me until after week 4. Really havent had any side effects at all and I have 2 or 3 days left. We'll see what I end up keeping and mantaining but so far the cycle gains far outweighed the costs
 
Hella is a great compound from the awesome PH line at MrSupps. One of my favorites. But I have had a ton of guys tell me they're disappointed because they don't see gains right away. Hella isn't like beast, it doesn't promote immediate gains...it instead promotes slow and steady gains that, as Barnzy said, take a few weeks to start coming. But once they show up, if you're feeding it correctly, you'll absolutely love it.

Food is key, eat big to get big. Im all for gaining lean mass and having a clean diet, but Im a firm believer you make the best gains when you let go of the clean bulk idea and accept the fact that its ok to put on some fat with the musle.
