On TRT but low sex drive

I have been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for about 10 months. Everything was great untill about a month ago when I started to have trouble keeping it up. I take chomiphene and DHEA as well. My free test levels are 220 and total is 1150 so I find it strange.

The doctor said its not necessary to cycle but what do they know. She also said my natural system wouldn't shut down because of the chomiphene, but I'm beginning to doubt that...I'm 45 by the way and had low t and started this thing to help in several areas of my life including the bedroom?

My questions:

Should I cycle using testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) under a doc's care?

Do most people take a month off to reset there systems and how often?

YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR ESTROGEN LEVELS CHECKED. I WOULD MAKE AN EDUCATED GUESS AND SAY THAT THEY ARE THROUGH THE ROOF.

ARE YOU OVERLY EMOTIONAL OR MOODY IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LOSS OF LIBIDO?

YES. YOU SHOULD DROP THE CLOMID FOR A BIT. INCORPORATE AN Aromatase inhibitor (AI) AND MAINTENANCE DOSE OF HCG TWICE WEEKLY.

NO. YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE A FEMALE DOCTOR ADMINISTERING YOUR TRT. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A "BOOK SMART" EXPERT IN THIS GAME. DOES THIS FEMALE DOCTOR HAVE A PENIS??
IF THE ANSWER IS NO, THAN I DONT CARE HOW "FORMALLY EDUCATED" SHE MAY OR MAY NOT BE. SHE HAS NO PRACTICAL TRT/HRT EXPERIENCE AS A MAN AND CANT POSSIBLY KNOW HOW TO GET YOU DIALED IN CORRECTLY. THOSE ARE JUST THE PLAIN AND SIMPLE BRASS TACKS AND FACTS.

I looked up my labs:
Total 1000
Free 220
Estradiol 28

They actually lowered my dose a few months ago, but I felt so much better at a little higher dosage. I felt great when my total was around 1200, free 210 and est: 38

I don't know if it makes any sense but that's my experience.

ESTROGEN is not what I would have expected it to be. I think the Clomid and Anastrozole may be working against one another, to a certain degree. But it does make sense that the Estrogen level has been kept "at bay". I'd have to speak to you to really get a better idea of where you are at how to get you dialed in properly.
