on the road with Winny

Well 2nd Cycle began today. 5' 11" @ 200lbs and approx 14% BF.

I'm runnin 50mg ED of Winstrol (winny) only...was gonna stack but i am broke as hell and have a few bottles of Winstrol (winny) laying around.

The idea is to lose BF with minimal gains...although Huge gains are acceptable. I know i should have cut some BF before i began but my idea of a clean diet is an Ultimate Cheeseburger from Jack in the Crack. I really am going to try to eat clean during this Cycle, hoping that I will use the gear as an inspiration, thinking that if i dont eat clean i will be blowing my gear (gear = money).

I started the 5x5 workout that was in the training forums. This may not be the best workout for my goals, but I don't really know. (any ideas are welcome since i just began my Cycle wouldnt hurt to change up) I am working out at 6am Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Monday = Legs, Tuesday = Chest & Tri, Thursday = Back & Bi. Abs on Tuesday and worked EOD.

well man, if you get more money, try to through in some t3. It will help the results you'll see from the Winstrol (winny), also it will assist you in the loss of body fat. Also, if you can, make some tren it wont cost but $55 max to make yourself 2 grams worth. That would help you keep the gains. But if you decide to do this, TAKE MILK THISTLE. The combo of Winstrol (winny) and tren is rough on the liver, just dont go crazy with the tren dose and you'll be fine (75-100mg eod would be suficient just to add a little pop).
 
appreciate the feedback...I would LOVE to throw some Tren in (especially like the looks of the price) I am just not sure which Kit to use when making it AND how many Pellets to dissolve during the process. I was assuming an "F" Type info here would be great.

Oh and if you could make some stacking suggestions for adding the T3 and Tren. I am currently digging through the couches for loose change. Thinkin i can take it to coinstar in a couple weeks and be ready to add some goods.

I haven't read much on T3 so will start looking into it. Saw some cutting cycles with it and it did catch my attention.
 
start the t3 low 25mcg, then move it up 25mcg a day untill you get to 125 mcg max. That is what i did. And, just take the tren 75-100mg EOD. Also, T3 is not just for cutting. Many utalize t3 in thier bulking cycles for the added protien synthasis. It amplifies the affects of any cycle. Ony take it for 6 weeks on then at least 6 weeks off, and Pyramid back down to 25mcg at the end. i will PM you the info for the kits and tren pellets.
 
do you have clomid or nolvadex on hand for your post cycle therapy ? also a winnie only cycle isnt ideal but as long as your realistic with your expectations for results you should be fine .
 
Yes i am post cycle therapy (pct) prepared. I agree Winstrol (winny) is not the ideal choice to Solo but like i said i am not looking for big gains....just gains with the best cutting (through diet, which turns out to be staying clean cause this 2 gallons of water a day makes me want to vomit)

Though I am hoping to scrounge up so money so I can make some Tren to throw in and get some T3.

Also, thining about taggin some Test because if i do hit the tren im gonna want something to make Sex optional.
 
Ok, week one basically down as today is the last day of my workout schedule (aside from cardio). Overall it was a normal workout, which was expected since i am simply on Winstrol (winny) atm. Worked legs on Monday and here it is Thursday and i am still a bit sore, this is unusual so i can only attribute it to the gear. Tuesday I did Chest but forgot to do Tri's. Was a pretty crappy workout. I think I was a bit low on my weight. Barely noticed any soreness and still nothing. Today (thursday) was Back and Bi. Feel pretty good about the workout today, though i will wait till tomorrow to see how sore i am.

Last night's injection was a bit weird. When i went to inject I broke the skin but the needle seemed to just stop and wouldnt go in. I thought maybe i was flexing my butt and didnt know it so i change my position a bit and tried again with the same result. This time i tried to push a bit and it hurt like a MOMO! So now with 2 fresh bloody holes in my butt I think about going back over to the other cheek or perhaps thigh or something. The other cheek is still a bit sore and i havent really looked into where to pop the thigh so i just suck it up go back to my left cheek and DO THIS! It goes in and life goes on /shrug.

Diet has been controlled but not necessarily clean:

Monday:
2 Gal water throughout the day
Smoothie King 44 Angel Food with Multi Vit and Whey shots
about 50 trips to the bathroom later:
Sliced beef Barbecue Sandwich
about 100 Trips to the bathroom later:
Smoothie King 44 Angel Food with Whey
and last but not least a baked potatoe and Chicken fried steak (steak was small,does that help?)

Tuesday:
1 and half Gal water throughout (was floating to much at 2 Gal)
Total Cereal 1 bowl
Half a reg Quiznos Italian sub with a bag of Jalepeno chips (yeah yeah i was in a hurry!)
Lastly Mac and cheese 3 pieces of brisket and 2 cokes
ok so Tuesday was not a good day for me.

Wednesday:
1 and a Half Gal water
Smoothie King 44 Angel Food with Multi Vit and Whey shots
Ultimate Cheeseburger with curly fries (I KNOW! but my employee forced me to get it cause they wanted to buy me lunch)
Smoothie King 44 Angel Food Whey

Thursday:
about a Half gallon of water so far

and so Life pops its ugly head. Well my grandfather died and i got a call from my mother today so i have to fly up to connecticut. I figure i am only 4 days in so it is better to just drop the Cycle for now than to try and fly some Pins up north.
