I am pretty athletic, enjoy cardio and some occasional sprinting. Bulking makes me fat and my body just doesn't like to loose it so I choose a sorta lean lifestyle and make constant gains and getting a bit leaner. I rotate gear often but always have about 1 gram test as base and anything from Deca/eq or tren.. Weekly total doesn't exceed 2g. Bloodwork and health are great.. For the next few months it's 1.5 g of test and 300 mg of deca. I am very active so water bloat and sides are nil, no acne.

12 %, a little high but trying for 245 before leaning up.
I don't do many singles because of risk of injury. But here are what my lifts look like.
Bench 315x10-12 355x6 can sometimes get 3 full sets.
Deads 405 x10 for 2 sets.. 455 x 6
Squats 305 x 20 for 3-4 sets, 405x10-12 for 3 sets.
Clean and press 155 x10 for 3.. I could do more, but done with clean form and I am burned.
I could be stronger, I could be leaner and I certainly could be bigger. But I do what I do sometimes workout 2 x a day because I enjoy it. Sometimes 3x with karate.
