Optimal estrogen vs High estrogen for mass building

Hello,
since many people say that high estrogen is good for mass building, i wanna ask you guys what you think.

I personally feel the best mentally and physically when my estrogen is optimal(somewhere 35-40). And if i feel the best that means that i do better training, eating, sleeping and everything.

and with high estrogen i get headaches and heart aches and my mind is bloated lol. That does not work for me.

how does high estro feel for you guys that use dbol? i heard people saying they feel fantastic on dbol, but i dont believe it because it aromatizes so much
 
Higher estro=more water retention=illusion of looking bigger (puffy muscles).

I will add however, that the added water does help with strength and pumps.

Learn about what happens with high and or low estrogen in the sticky's. You have to understand these things so you don't take bad bro-science BS.......
 
A little higher estrogen is prolly ok, but to a point. And the you will feel changes from person to person. Water retention is NOT mass gains, although as mentioned it may make you a tad stronger.

High blood pressure from water retention is the biggest issue IMO
