Can someone post or link all the hormones that are important for thyroid function, and their normal and optimal ranges? Sorry if it has already been posted, i didn't find it.

Optimal thyroid would be:

TSH: 0.5-1.5 (some endos are ok with up to 2)
FREE T3: over 5.0 pmol/l
FREE T4: 19-23 pmol/l

Fom my LabCorp results

TSH 0.450-4.500 uIU/mL
Comment: Comment 01
The Endocrine Society recommends against routine treatment for patients with elevated TSH levels below 10.000 uIU/mL if free T4 or T4 are normal. Thyroid function should be monitored at 6 to 12 month intervals. Women who are pregnant or hope to become pregnant in the near future deserve special consideration.

Thyroxine (T4) 4.5-12.0 ug/dL

T3 Uptake 24-39 %

Free Thyroxine Index 1.2-4.9

John: what have you been able to turn up with your research efforts? I am very interested in learning more from you about this.
