I can not describe how great this stuff is. I was damn near out of protein when I believe it was rjx turned me on, as to this flavor was available.

For 3 scoops its 9 grams of carbs, 330ish calories, 3 grams of sugar and 69 grams of protein.

To put it quite bluntly, I dont see how this can be a protein shake, because it taste better than cookies and cream ice cream IMO.
