Oral steroids and creatine?

Hey guys. My first post here at the forums :)

I am going to start my turanabol cycle in a couple of days and I was wondering if taking creatine will be even more damaging for liver/kidneys than oral steroids alone?

I asked one guy who said it would be, while another guy said that he took creatine all the time while on a cycle.

Little bit confused here.

Oh, Btw I am going to take Milk Thistle together with tbol.

Thanks :)

Depends on the type of creatine. Supposedly Krealakyn or however you spell it bypasses the liver w/o actually putting any stress on it. But I've never actually seen any documented evidence of that. Could just be gym talk. I don't think it would be an issue to take creatine. Never has an issue with it in the past.

did you read the sticky about dbol only cycle?? what are your stats? do u know about pct? oh and milk thistle load of crap dude save your money!! (from what ive read) what is your cycle going to look like?

Thank you guys for answers.

I've been given tips on cycles from another forum in my country. They usually don't think that having oral only cycle is a good idea, they think I should supplement with testosterone, but if I wanted my first cycle to be oral only I should stick to T-BOl (Turanabol). I thought about doing D-bol at first, but after some research I figured out it was better doing T-Bol.

I will be doing a 5-6 week cycle with 50mg/ED, possibly pushing it up to 60mg after 10 days if I feel like it.

My post cycle therapy (pct) will be Nolvadex for I don't know how many weeks but I have enough for at least 2 ot 3. Together with Nolvadex I will be taking supplements like ZMA, Whey, Glutamine, BCAA, Vitamins etc.

My nutritional base will be starting around 5000Kcal each day, and increasing it anything from 30 - 50Kcal every day in order to keep growing. 5000 may sound high, but my everyday life makes me burn a lot of calories and I want to eat proporly when doing my very first cycle.

And I know you guys will probobly be posting stuff like I have to take testo on my first cycle, but I decided not to on this cycle. Among other things, this is because I simply don't have enough time to run a 12 Week cycle and Turanabol sounded like a low-androgenic steroid with very few side effects. That's the main reason why I chose to do a Turanabol only cycle as my beginning cycle.

As for creatine, I was thinking about basic monohydrate but I think Krea-Alkalyn as another user mentioned above, may be a better idea.

Thank you guys.

So basically... You are late somewhere and decide to drive at 120 miles per hour/not following the rules for your safety because you don't have enough time??

You think that's an excuse to not do things the right way?

any type creatine is bad for your kidneys,it puts stress on them and raises your blood pressure, hence making your creatinine levels high, which i still take it,but i get my blood checked regulary
