why is it so hard to gey payment to thesee labs for you gear???

Hey guys hope I'm not over stepping my bounderies by asking this question but ive placed order with a few very reputable labs lately and heres my problem , Trying get payment to them is such a damn hassel !!! ive use the moneygram and westerunion thing and keep getting blocked for sending $$ outside US and prefer not use other payment methods linked right back to me, So what and how in hell do you guys do it ??

If the Feds want to catch you they will no matter how you pay but honestly do you think they care about you buying a few hundreds worth of gear for personal use ?????
The only time I've ever had any trouble is with customs then you just deny or use the old I didn't know I couldn't do that
