Thanks for the replies, guys. I started with 6 caps, but I think that was too many as the first two days I took them I couldn't get to sleep that night until about 4 or 5 am. I think I am going to back it down to 4 caps for a week then slowly work my way up to 8. I am considering combining it with N2KTS. I think my problem is that I do my workouts when I get home from work and maybe I am taking the N2amp too late in the evening (5 or 6 pm), but I simply do not have the time to workout in the AM since I leave the house for work at 5:30am.
