Ost, S4, sr9009 and peptides LOG

I was going to wait until I got all my ducks in order, but since I just sprained my ankle I thought a faster recover would happen if I got on the SARMS and peptides.

Here's the game plan:

Ostarine 1-8 Weeks(12.5mg for first 3, then 25mg afterwards)

MK-677 - not sure yet, Probably use it Every other two days instead of the peptides 1-? Weeks

S4 1-8 weeks(100mg all 8 weeks)

IGF LR3 5.5-8 Week

SR90092 2-8 Week

cjc without DAC and im/GHRP 2 0-11weeks(already started)

TB-500 0-5 week

BCP 157*0-2 week and 6-9

Might throw in some other peptides I have laying around the frigid.

Not sure what I am going to do for PCT. Plan on getting bloods. My game plan is to see how suppressed to see if I am a candidate for to try RAD 140 or LDG afterwards in 3 or 4 months. I will get Bloods done at week 0, 7 and 15. I will post them.

I'll take pics

My diet will be pretty on point, probably around 200-300 grams of protein a day. My fat will be around 60-100gs a day. Carbs will very from 60 to 200. All depends on my workouts.

My training will probably be 1 to 3x a day 5 or 6 days a week.

I plan on squatting or deadlifting 3x a week.
Weights with the upper body 2x a week.
Core workout 2x a week
Jitsu Sparring 2 to 3x a week(depending what my body can handle)
Mauy thia 1 to 2x a week
HIIT workout once a week
LSD workout once a week
Kalesetics... neck, grip, 2x
Stretching 6x for a minumum*

Now the above is an ideal. I won't get to train that much because I work, go to school, date, have a social life and have too many other hobbies. A big thing for me during this cycle is to make sure I get enough rest and sleep, something I never ever do which is another ideal.

My goals in the order of priority:*
1) tendon health, stay injury free*
2) build up work capacity in Jitsu(doubt Sarms will help with that, I am coming back from some nasty elbow injury)*
3) strength*
4) lean up.
5) get a good idea on how suppressed I get

Week 1 will start on Friday unless blood results are disturbing.

So week one just finished.

Here are the highlights:
*I found out I have a high ankle sprain(usually recovery is 6-12 weeks!!!!!!)
*mk-677 Holly fuck that shit make me lethargic. MK-677=mid-day nap. Good thing I am only use it twice a week.
*I've cycled s4 a couple times, but this was the first I experienced the vision sides effects, but that was only one night, and they don't seem to be present anymore.
*sr-9009 is awesome for cardio. I want to compare it GW, but is a little too early to tell. I loved gw because it seemed to give me insane endurance for lifting. I dont feel like I experience that with sr9009, but what I do experience is insanely quick recovery. Meaning I can fit a shit ton more lifting in a 90min time period. And it terms of anaerobic or interval cardio, shit seems superior to GW. I will be able to tell forsure down the road. I haven't even used a full dose yet.

I am still figuring out when is the best time to eat/inject everything.
I am also trying to ease into some of the training with an ankle injury. I can bike, swim, run and do jitsu. I have to stay away from the muay thai.

I am tired.
I have been failling at getting more sleep

All your side effects seem to be very typical of the compounds you're running. All seems to be going as it should :) Looking forward to next week's updates.
