First I'll start with saying this is the first time for me starting a serious workout cycle.
I very incorrectly used a pro hormone with a friend in my teenage years and I believe now I have Gyno. Which I intend to use Letrozole to help suppress (unless someone has other advice) My first question is should I start that before trying Ostarine? Or should I just group that in after?
I have tried to do research on how to take Ostarine and have not had much success. So any help with the following would be appreciated. Also please dumb this down as much as possible and explain acronyms.
1. How much should I be taking per dose and how many doses daily?
2. Should I take anything else while taking Ostarine?
3. Whats the longest I should take it for?
4. What do I need to take after that I avoid loss or physically messing myself up further?
5. How long should I be off Ostarine before starting again.
