ostashred and anafuse at 19?

i have currently ordered 2 bottles of anafuse and one bottle of ostashred. i am currently 19 years old. i was wondering the best way to run these two in conjunction with one another and along what type of diet (bulk or cut) i should aim for during the cycle.

It would be best to not use them at your age. You are still growing physically and your brain is still developing. Running them during the growth/development phase can have serious adverse effects that cannot be undone.
