OTC Oral Test

I'm interested in a few different aspects of this.

For one, which I highly doubt, but are oral over the counter testosterone boosters effective? I feel as though they're a mind over matter sort of thing.

Secondly, by the off chance that they do in fact work, what are some recommendations?

A solid recommendation would be food. Gotta eat big to get big...

Yes they work. But not like some real oil would. T boosters can only cause more production which is limited by the body. Even a topical like Transderm has way more potential than any oral.

Ok so that somewhat answers my questions regarding PH efficacy.

I'm still learning and trying to differentiate bt PHs and AAS half the time.

gymrat/ R1dow, are you both referring to PHs as being ineffective or is the oral test (referred to in the primary post above) something different?
