Over the counter PCT Stuff?

Is there any value in taking the PCT stuff you can get from the supplement stores or are they just a waste of time?

Fizogen makes some products called on cycle, mid cycle, and off cycle. Are they worth it or should I just lok into HCG and that sort of stuff?

It's really not worth it, especially when you can get nova, clomid, and torem so easily through research sites.
