over training

I have always wanted to know if there is a way to know how much training is just enough? Im always so worried about over training and I wish I just knew how much was too much


Im 5 foot 9 225 and am taking 1 gram sus 900 mg decca 400 mgs tren a weekly there eod shots if any of that makes a difference
 
Damn thats alot o gear! You shouldnt really mix tren and deca. How many cycles have you done? To answer your question, alot of guys will argue the over training cuz arnold spent like 6 hours a day in the gym. I say lift till you start to fatigue, if youre getting tired and cant keep your form then its time to stop.
 
from what i see u should replace the deca with some eq. i have no experience with deca or equipoise so someone should bounce in here soon u might have some nasty sides with that cycle and it will shut u down like a fool.
 
its not as bad as people think taking deca and tren together, know alot of people who have gotten away with it, but it really depends what sides your prone to, and you should have some caber on hand to combat the sides or drop the tren at the first sign of gyno, and yes your wasting the deca that high i would drop it like said before.
 
First off I can't even begin to tell you if you are over training if you don't even give a sample of your workout routine. I know plenty of people that over train and never gain shit and possibly have gone backwards. While on all the stuff you are on over training would be tough to do since your muscles are recovering so fast. If you were off of that cycle I would probably cut back a little on your training as far as sets and all, but again that all depends on how much you are training in the first place.

I agree with the rest, cut the deca out and add in something else. All that progesterone for what? At least cut it almost in half in the very least. Also, what kind of AI's are you taking to prevent sides, I would be anxious to hear since you are running tren and that much Deca together.

Lots of juice.

I worry about over training also so i just take E3D off from the gym. This works for me. No more than 5 days a week in the gym

people get away with murder too. doesnt mean its right, i dont agree with u.

How do you know if youre overtraining?

Listen to your body.

Are you fatigued when its time to workout?

Are you able to focus and get hype for your workouts?

Do your muscles feel fully recovered when excercising (important as this can lead to injury and torn muscles and tendons).


Busting your ass in the gym doesnt make you grow. Growth comes from proper nutrition and giving your body the chance to recouperate and rebuild the damge done stronger.

Nothing wrong with taking a well calculated break or easing up on a workout.
 
Deca at 600mg a week is plenty! lower it and you'll be good to go. keep us posted on results

^^^sorry, dont listen to this guy, cut the deca. get some eq if nething but i think ud be good without it.
