hey guys, looking to get back in the gym for the first time in 9 months

Have been suffering with a low testosterone level so i havent been right for the past year, things are finally starting to look up so id like to get back training

I was using a routine given to me by a friend while i was cycling last year and put a good 2 stone on during last summer.

All gains have been lost and im now down to 120 pounds.

Im 5'10 and have always been on the lean/skinny side.

The workout was one by Sean Nalewanyj

basically consists of 3 days training

monday - legs, abs
wednesday - chest, shoulder, tricep
friday - Back, Biceps, forearms

then it would switch round after 8 weeks to switch it up.

i can post individual sets and reps if need be.

Do you guys think this is a suitable workout for starting back up, iv also heard 5x5 is a good routine to start with?

Food wise ill be aiming for 6/7 meals a day and around 5000 calories.
