my routine consists of chest, arms, legs on one day and the next day is shoulders, and back then i rest one day and do it all again except on the weekends i dont lift.
Mon-chest, arms, legs
tues.- shoulders back
wed.- off
thurs.-same as mon.
frid.-same as tues.
and off all weekend.
Since im basically training biceps on everydau i lift will this lead to overtraining of that muscle? cuz on back day i do lifts that ofcourse utilize my biceps.

Yes.

From the looks of things your overtraining everything.

What exercises/sets/reps do you do?

Try doing every bodypart once every 5-6 days. I overtrained for years and when I finally gave myself more rest, I started GROWING!

I only did this for about one week but on mon. and thur.
squats 10, 8, 6, 5, 5, 5
indiv. cable curls- 10, 10, 5
flat barbell bench-10, 5, 5, 5
way too much stuff to write down but i hit the muscles good. reps never exceed 10 and never go lower than 5. ive been doing this routine cuz work and school are crazy right now. even if i train a muscle group twice a week is bad? ive done this before with adequate days rest and i got good results especially in strength.maybe i should do it like this...
monday workout
tues. off
wed.-reg tues. workout
thurs.-off
fri-mon. workout
sat.- off
sun.- off
and then i just keep the pattern going...

So are you able to workout 4 days a week?

I would suggest something like this.
mon chest
tues legs
wed off
thurs shoulders/tris
fri back/bis

3 days a week maybe
mon chest/shoulders/tris
tues off
wed legs
thurs off
fri back/bis

I suggest legs have thier own day.
