If you train a muscle once a week, isn't that enough time of rest and recovery?
So why do some guys say,for example: if you do 8-10 sets of biceps after 8-10 sets ofback work overtraining.,when your gonna give that muscle a whole week to recuperate?
for example my routine is :
MONDAY-chest& triceps 10-12 sets(8-10rps)abs 4(15-20)
WED- Legs( includes calves,hams)8-10st 8-10rps. Abs
FRIDAY- back & bi 8-10 sets, abs
Cardio: on training days for 20 min post ex
I'm I over or undertraining?
