Overtraining shoulders?

I work my chest and tris on Thur and my shoulders and legs on Sat. My shoulders get very sore from chest day and are still sore on Sat. The soreness comes form bench press and incline bench press. Am I overtraining my shoulders by working them when they are still so sore?
 
NFL- Is that your workout routine; the two days chest & legs? If not could you be a little more specific what your entire schedule looks like. Thanks!
 
Why not move chest and tris to Wednesday. Gives shoulders a 2 day rest.

Way i see things are there is no such thing as over training just under eating but muscles still need rest 2 days should be enough.
