look at the routine i posted and compare it to yours. se the difference? for one i do the big movements first. deads, squats, etc.... also note the decrease in volume between the two.
forced/assisted reps with heavier weights for 1 or 2 worksets of 4-6 reps hit me harder than 5 sets of 10. normally on squat day i only do one work set of squats but it is all out. as much weight as i can get for one set. read the stricky on deadlifts, i posted a couple of my workouts in there. thats a great read so read the whole thread. needsize has some valuable tips in there as well.
