Hey guys,
I've got a question regarding P-Slin. On the label it says you should consume complex carbs 15 minutes after taking a cap.. At 1fast400, however, they're selling a combo of P-Slin and Waxy Maize Starch,i.e., simple carbs.
What's the deal here? To me it would make much more sense ingesting simple carbs after taking a cap of that stuff...what do you think?
