Pain in left trap, any advise

For about a month now Ive had some pain in my left trap when doing certain exercises any bench press, chins on the lower part of the movement ,barbell shrugs but not dumbell shrugs dumbell shrugs feel fine. Im starting the second week of a cycle and dont want any injuries and be stuck in a cycle. Any advise would be great. I was thinkin about just going really light for about 2-3 weeks and then seeing how it feels but I could also switch up my chest routine and do mostly fly movement not sure though?

myolanstan, and relaxation, soft massage. nothing you have to worry, till the soreness get down in your arms. to avoid that. myolastan.
 
Trap pain can be the worst and it can hurt if your standing sitting or laying down. Try one of the Icey Hot patchs or other heat patches in addition to heat and massage. The have worked well for me.
