i am very happy to have found a solid solution for tendonitits i thought i would share it
i tried the quaterzone shots they failed , time off and 50% reduction in weight also failed to work so i recently went a leading doctor in the issue
ive been put on rectogesic , yes its a hemaroid cream but when applied to the elbow it it causes a nitrogen flow reaction with the tendon and healing starts , the cream is avaliable over the counter without perscription
second part to the cure is aprotinin injections this is where they take blood from the vien in the opposite arm and inject it directly into the tendon creating blood flow in the tendon resulting in fast healing , the major bonous is i can keep training now there re three injection over a 3 month period , the results are brilliant im back at full pace with very little discomfort
to keep it all healthy im also taking shark cartlidge which biggin put me onto thats i must say works wonders as well
