Pain on bottom of spine after glute injection?

So yesterday I injected 3cc(2cc prop, 1cc tren ace) in my glute and I woke up this morning with terrible pain on the bottom of my spine(where butt crack is). Ive done thousands of injections and this is the first time I've had an issue arise such as this. Anyone have any idea what's going on? Would appreciate any input.

top of your butt crack is not the bottom of your spine tho... needle size? 1.5" i assume, you could have depot on a nerve. try a hot compress and aleve.

99% positive you struck a nerve. Also just a little advice, 3cc in one injection is borderline. Chances are you are going to lose some out of the injection site and also that volume of solution can be a little painful as it might stretch the fibers a bit.

funny, was my first thought... have had 4, 2 last year... very painful.

Thousands of injections with prop or is this new ester for you? Prop can have days of PIP and a red knot to boot. Warm prop to 150 f and it's much better for me.

Thanks for the awesome responses guys. My first thought was that I hit the sciatic nerve. I'm not sure about the cyst. There's no puss and I have no fever. I haven't injected prop ever since last week. The prop I'm using took like 3 minutes to inject due to how thick it was. Injected 3cc of prop in my delts before and just got minor, bearable PIP. The best way I can describe the pain is like someone kneed you in the tailbone real hard. I guess ill just play it through and see what happens. Hopefully it doesn't effect my heavy deadlifts I'm doing tomorrow. Ill keep you guys updated.

Well, I did deadlifts today. Sadly I was weaker today :/ Probably just taking it easy this week by going lighter on the compound movements.
